Participation of ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai in Exhibition organized on Centenary Celebration of the Cotton Association of India at Mumbai on 18th October 2022.

ICAR-CIRCOT participated in the exhibition organised on the occasion of inauguration of cotton Association of India(CAI) centenary year celebrations on 18th October 2022 at Jio world Convention centre, Mumbai. Various technologies & products developed by the institute were exhibited to the visitors including dignitaries from CAI, Cotton Corporation of India and other stakeholders. Notable among them were Sh. Rajiv Jalota, Chairman, Mumbai Port Authority; Smt. Roop Rashi, Textile Commissioner, Government of India; Sh. Atul S Ganatra, Chairman and other members of Board of Governors of CAI, Mumbai; Chairmen of different cotton trade bodies and textile mill associations; Sh. Suresh Kotak, President Textile Advisory Group, GOI; Dr. C. D. Mayee, Fomer Chairman, ASRB and Dr A.J Shaikh, Former Director ICAR-CIRCOT. More than 500 delegates visited the stall of ICAR-CIRCOT and enquired about the demonstrated technologies, training and testing activites.
