ICAR-CIRCOT organized the Skill development Programme for Technical, Administrative and Supporting Staffs” during March 1-3, 2023.

To impart soft skills to the Technical, Administrative and supporting staff of the institute, ICAR-CIRCOT organized a three days skill development programme for Technical, Administrative and Supporting Staffs” during March 1-3, 2023. The training programme was attended by 26 officials.

Dr. S. K. Shukla, Director, ICAR-CIRCOT welcomed the resource person and highlighted the importance of stress management, positive thinking and team building towards improve the wok efficiency. Dr. Zarin Sethna, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Psychology, Patkar-Varde College, Mumbai, Shir. Arun Naik (Psychologist), Thane West, Mumbai and Shri. Deepak Omkar, Training Consultant, Andheri, Mumbai were invited as resource persons for the training programme. Dr. Zarin Sethna explained about stress management. Shri. Arun Naik taught to participant about importance of positive thinking. Shri. Deepak Omkar, talked about the importance of Team work in work place with practical team building activities to the participants. The programme was end with the valedictory session on 3rd March 2023 which was chaired by Dr. Sujata Saxena, Principal Scientist & Head CBPD, ICAR-CIRCOT and distributed certificates to the participants.
