ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology, Mumbai celebrated 35th DARE-ICAR-CIRCOT public awareness campaign under India @75 with “Valedictory function AOP & SAIP of CIRCOT R-ABI 4th COHORT” on 8th April, 2022

The valedictory function of 2 months training cum Agripreneurship Orientation Program (AOP) and Training cum Startup Agri Incubation Program (SAIP)organised for 19 agri startups incubated under 4th cohort of RKVY RAFTAAR scheme was organised on 8th April 2022 through online mode. Total 40 participants attended the function. During this training program innovative concepts/proposals by agri-startups were reoriented and refined by experts to increase its market acceptability as well as the budding entrepreneurs were mentored by various stalwarts to understand and overcome the difficulties faced by the startups in development of their business.

The startups expressed their satisfaction regarding the training and mentoring received during this 2 months program.Theprogramme was chaired by Dr. Sujata Saxena, Director, ICAR-CIRCOT and Chairman, RAFTAAR Incubation Committee (RIC) and was also attended by members of RIC. They expressed their satisfaction regarding the progress shown by agri startups.
